Silhouette Love

To say that I'm slightly obsessed with my new Silhouette CAMEO is totally an understatement. I am so happy I went with the CAMEO over the Cricut. For all the things I have made so far I have spent less than $5 on designs. Each design is typically $0.99 in the Silhouette Store and it uses any font already on my computer. And I have become really quick at finding and downloading cute fonts! ('Cause WORD is lacking in that area!). Can we say MAJOR overuse of the Curlz and Comic Sans font??

My first project was a decal for my car. I wanted something DIFFERENT than what everyone else has. And since it's SO EASY I can change it out in a few months if I get tired of it!
And OMG please excuse the pollen all over my car! I promise my husband washes it frequently.

I organized my scrapbook cart! It's actually not a scrapbook cart anymore; it pretty much holds everything that my sewing shelf won't hold. I was able to free up 5 extra bins by consolidating everything!

We have had these bins under the bathroom sink forever and we use them all the time. I can't tell you how many times I've pulled out the wrong bin. I did label them with my label maker, but these are so much cuter!

Enough said... right??

Although I haven't shared the deets of our emergency kit- and it's not totally finished,  I decided it was time to label it. I wish I had red vinyl because it would have looked more "urgent".

This was probably the most tedious project yet! I had to pull out all the vinyl between the designs. It turned out beautiful though!

Instead of Popsicle sticks to labels my plants, I made labels for them. I'd love to get some chalkboard vinyl to re do this. I also should have smoothed the white vinyl out a little better. (this was only my 2nd attempt with vinyl).

By the way, the cilantro looks like it's making a comeback!

This anchor canvas "pin"spired me (it's from etsy but I found it through pinterest):
What a beautiful truth that verse is!
